Our six FRACS-qualified specialists cover the full spectrum of ENT subspecialties, from routine procedures through to complex skull base and robotic surgery. All care is delivered across seven Sydney locations.

Ear

Surgical and medical management of hearing loss, ear infections, balance disorders, and structural conditions of the outer, middle, and inner ear.

Grommets (Ventilation Tubes)

Small tubes inserted into the eardrum to ventilate the middle ear and prevent fluid build-up. Commonly performed for recurrent ear infections and glue ear in children and adults.

Tympanoplasty (Eardrum Repair)

Surgical repair of a perforated eardrum using a tissue graft. Restores hearing and prevents recurrent infections caused by a persistent perforation.

Mastoidectomy

Removal of diseased mastoid bone behind the ear, typically required for chronic ear infections or cholesteatoma that has not responded to other treatments.

Hearing Loss Assessment

Comprehensive evaluation including audiometry, tympanometry, and specialist clinical examination to determine the type and cause of hearing loss and guide treatment.

Tinnitus Management

Assessment and treatment of persistent ringing or buzzing in the ears. Includes identifying underlying causes and developing a management plan tailored to the individual.

Meniere's Disease Treatment

Medical and surgical management of Meniere's disease, which causes episodes of vertigo, fluctuating hearing loss, tinnitus, and ear fullness.

BPPV & Vestibular Disorders

Diagnosis and treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo and other balance disorders, including repositioning manoeuvres and vestibular rehabilitation referral.

Nose & Sinus

Advanced endoscopic and open surgical techniques for chronic sinus disease, nasal obstruction, structural deformity, and anterior skull base conditions.

Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS)

Minimally invasive surgery using an endoscope to open blocked sinus drainage pathways. The standard surgical treatment for chronic sinusitis that has not responded to medical therapy.

Septoplasty

Surgical correction of a deviated nasal septum to improve airflow and relieve chronic nasal obstruction, breathing difficulty, and associated symptoms.

Rhinoplasty (Functional & Cosmetic)

Surgical reshaping of the nose for functional improvement, cosmetic refinement, or both. Addresses breathing obstruction, structural deformity, and aesthetic concerns.

Nasal Polyp Removal

Endoscopic removal of nasal polyps that cause persistent nasal blockage, reduced sense of smell, and recurrent sinus infections.

Turbinate Reduction

Reduction of enlarged inferior turbinates to improve nasal airflow. Often performed alongside septoplasty for patients with chronic nasal congestion.

Anterior Skull Base Surgery

Specialised endoscopic surgery to treat tumours and other conditions at the base of the skull, accessed through the nose without external incisions.

Allergy Testing & Management

Identification of allergic triggers contributing to chronic rhinitis and sinusitis, with tailored treatment plans including medication and immunotherapy referral.

Throat

Surgical and medical treatment for conditions affecting the throat, voice, swallowing, and upper airway, including sleep-disordered breathing.

Tonsillectomy & Adenoidectomy

Surgical removal of the tonsils and/or adenoids for recurrent tonsillitis, obstructive sleep apnoea, or chronic adenoid hypertrophy affecting breathing and ear health.

Snoring & Sleep Apnoea Surgery

Surgical options for obstructive sleep apnoea and snoring, including palate surgery, tongue base procedures, and multi-level airway surgery for selected patients.

Voice Disorders

Assessment and treatment of hoarseness, vocal cord lesions, and other voice problems using flexible and rigid laryngoscopy, with surgical and speech therapy options.

Swallowing Disorders

Investigation and management of difficulty swallowing (dysphagia), including endoscopic assessment, identification of structural causes, and coordination of multidisciplinary care.

Acid Reflux (Laryngopharyngeal Reflux)

Diagnosis and management of acid reflux affecting the throat and voice box, which can cause chronic throat clearing, cough, hoarseness, and a sensation of a lump in the throat.

Head & Neck

Surgical treatment of thyroid, parathyroid, salivary gland conditions, and head and neck cancers, including advanced robotic-assisted techniques.

Head & Neck Cancer Treatment

Comprehensive surgical management of cancers of the mouth, throat, larynx, and other head and neck sites, delivered within a multidisciplinary oncology team.

Robotic Surgery (TORS)

Transoral robotic surgery for selected oropharyngeal and laryngeal tumours, offering improved access, precision, and faster recovery compared to open surgical approaches.

Neck Dissection

Surgical removal of lymph nodes in the neck as part of cancer treatment. Tailored to the extent of disease, from selective to comprehensive neck dissection.

Paediatric ENT

Specialist ear, nose, and throat care for children, from common conditions like glue ear and tonsillitis through to complex congenital and developmental problems.
